Since the above stamp is perforated 15, it is most likely a U.S. Scott 26 stamp due to no horizontal frame lines. However, it may be a Scott 26a due to left vertical frame line at top being broken.
You shouldn't have amended your listing. The stamp is a #26A. Many Type IV stamps have framelines that extend beyond the design. The test is whether the frameline is broken or not, regardless of where it ends. Also, this stamp is not a top row, A relief stamp. All top row Type III/IV stamps are very distinctive.
