The last one is probably #147, based on the shading under the left ribbon. The first three are 158s or 184s, depending on paper. Hold each up to a bright light, looking at the paper. If the paper looks mottled then it's likely the soft paper and a 184. No 207s, they have a short horizontal line cut under the TS of CENTS. 194s are the special printing and *extremely* unlikely.

1 2

3 4

Number 4 is a 147, which was never a Special Printing.

The other three appear to be on soft paper. Compare the textured appearance of those with the smooth look of the 147 (#4). No soft paper Special Printing has ever been certified as a used stamp. The circumstances of their distribution almost preclude it. However, if the intent is to sell them, then a certificate of authenticity will certainly be required by anyone with enough money to afford to buy such a stamp. But as I see them, the other three are used examples of #184. The paper tests others have mentioned should settle that.

The stamp is a Scott 184. Being struck by lightening on a clear day would be more likely than finding a used 194 special printing.
