There is. It's the same person who sends their bank details to Nigeria in reply to an email, or who provides their bank details over the phone to someone who calls repeatedly seeking donations for some genuine-sounding cause. He or she isn't an SCF member, but he or she is out there, and that's why these scams have persisted for decades--they eventually work with someone.
