The Swedish Tiger site shows the Baltimore perf below.


I have these two stamps. Any opinions on the them being, other than, just roughly separated?

I don't see any evidence of a rouletting or perforating device being used.

I figured they were just straight edged torn instead of cut. But, with all the interesting stamps in this collection, I don't want to dismiss anything offhand.
