Tina, Ink cancels are one thing, but the top stamp is special. It has a private control mark on it. Much like a precancel, but not. These are used when a company wants to control their stamp inventory to stop internal thief of stamps. This will command some kind of premium over the base value of the stamp. Ink cancel in this case would mean nothing for a collector looking for this kind of stamp. But for an ink cancel it is well done. Tina does that stamp still have gum on the back? Is it otherwise mint?
