Any information on the front of the stamp like a cancel or precancel with city name or other clue?

It should have a Boston cancel if it is than it is as KGB believes to be correct!

The cancel is Hyde Park and I looked up the company and thats were it actually was so I now feal like one of the history detectives lol

Believe it or not, the company (B.F. Sturdevant) was in business through the mid-1980's as a commercial fan company. Here's the history page of the firm:
