The catalog # is a GOOD stamp.
The item shown has a bad UL corner.

Both of your stamps are Type I, Scott #25. Scott #25A is a Type II using the current classification system of four different types.

Your first stamp is looks to be a slightly sulfuretted claret shade. A price of $35 is way too much to pay. You need to consider the color, centering, and condition. I wouldn't want it at any price.

Your second stamp is probably brownish carmine. In my opinion, you will not find a #25 in the rose shade.

The second stamp is #25, from plate 6 or 7 (not #25A). I can't confirm the color. It has a very nice appearance but there is a tiny thin spot on the lower left corner.
