The second stamp is Scott #24.

With how your first stamp is cut away at both top and bottom, I suspect that you will have to consider this one to be #9. It does have a weak but legible "US MAIL PAID 1" handstamp. Even with the damage, I would consider keeping it in my collection.

Anyway, the first one is definitely an imperforated stamp because of the fact that there are parts of at least 2 stamps showing.
