The defacing cancel and the paid cancel are two different cancels. Can any body shed some light on this as tow why there are two cancels on this stamp?

The stamp looks like a #10A but I didn't bother to plate it for certainty. It is an easy one to plate however. From time to time you will see the 1851 stamps affixed to an envelope with a wafer seal. The embossing of the stamp is caused by the tool used to press the seal and the paper together.

It looks like a line recut, lower right triangle. Would this be, plate position 100L5E?

My first thought was 100L2E. Both positions are quite similar with the exception of the one line recut in the LRT and other parts not visible on this stamp. I was trying to see a recut too hard perhaps. 100L2E is probably correct.

So, that's not a recut line bottom right?

I think the two vertical lines in the lower-right triangle on 3193zd's stamp were from the original transfer roll, and not recut lines. The two curved lines are there also. See my post from another thread:

In addition to the linked post above, here is what the lower right triangle looked like on early impressions with high-quality ink. There are no recut lines in the lower-right triangle in the image below:

ahhh Sensei (CC), you are most wise.

My missed call is why I still put a question mark after any of my plating.

319zd, I know sinclair2010 answered your question with his original post. I sorta hijacked your thread at that point.
Classic Coins and sinclair2010, unbeknownst to them, are my mentors with the 1851 three cent stamp. Any chance I get to interact with them, dealing with these stamps, I jump on.

Referring back to the first image in this thread, this is a wax seal from the back of a folded letter affixed with a tool similar to the one sinclair2010 mentioned above:
