May I ask why you think it's a type III ? A type III (Scott #8) will have breaks in both the top and bottom outer curved frame lines. The breaks must be distinct, so no not a type III.

Your stamp has guide dots so plating it might be doable, I'll have a look later tonight. For now I think you must consider it a type II, the bottom outer frame line might have a break but I can't tell because of where the stamp was cut so it might be a type IIIA.

The type IIIA can have a break in either the top or bottom outer curved frame line but again it must be distinct and yours is not.
