Yes, I do. Actually I do both... US Specialized Album and also Scott International Album. I put duplicates of US Stamps that I want to keep in the International Album. My "go to" place for US Stamps is the US Specialized album, but overflow that I like go to the International Album.... and other albums.
Recently I was considering removing my US pages from my Scott International Albums simply to get the space back. I don't use them and the few stamps on the pages were there when I purchased "used" pages years ago. I only stopped thinking that someday the set will most likely be sold and it will be slightly more valuable if the US pages were present.
So, no, I do not use the US pages in my Scott International Albums, and that extends to the other countries I have specialized collections for such as Australia.
If you have duplicates from your US albums ( in my case Lighthouse ) it's nice to place them in the Scott Int. but with over $ 3000 of stamps at 50% of Scott value in the first 2 pages, the question rise if you don't have duplicates, "do I put money on them or I put this money in other WW stamps that I don't have in any others albums ?" Especially with a Scott 1 and 2, but if someone is willing to do so he can be interesting to have 2 copies with different kind of cancels of those 2 stamps. I think it's really depend if you are a Alsace fillers in a rush or not.
