
While less improbable the stamps are easy enough to explain. I am still looking to complete the matching set.
Correction: Perf 11x12x11x11. Whatever it is or is not, I hope other posters would just no or say nothing. Maybe the latter would be more effective.

Since the sequence was from perf 12 to perf 10 and then to perf 11, finding obsolete pin spacing almost a decade later highly improbable.
You would do better denying evolution, climate change or gravity than making a case for a nonstandard wheel in a perforating machine. The only documented case, where some approximately perf 10 pins replaced normal pins in a perf 11 machine, is fully described in the "United States Specialist".
