Came across these two 832 $1.00 Wilson plate blocks with the usual purple & black and also the bright magenta variety. Thought I would share a scan.

Show it next to a normal red violet and black 832c, the dry printed variety. Comparing to the normal wet printed purple and black 832 yields little information.

YES....a magenta shade.
Much more common than the catalog value indicates.

They were very "HOT" when newly listed a few years ago....
but now "VERY COLD".
