Assuming this perf 11 pair is from a booklet ? 499?

Yes. The stamps are slightly shorter and wider than normal sheet stamps. Try carefully laying a regular sheet stamp on top of the pair and match the top/bottom and the left/right margins. The wide straight edge on the right can only occur if the stamp is a booklet pane single.
