Hi Ray. That would be wishful thinking!
You do need to put up a picture somehow, otherwise we'd just be guessing!

if it has 11 x 10.5 perforation gauge, it IS Scott 632 - no need to look any further.

so what you are saying is a Scott 632 measures 19.25 x 22 .25 with 11 x101/2 Perf.
my Scott's book only shows 632 and 632a and the measure 19mm x 22.5
does this mean that they made a Scott 632 that measures the 19.25 x22.25
too. it must have a different Scott's Number ? either that or it is a first
thanks for all your knowledge
thanks ray

The measurements in Scott are 'estimates' and users cannot really measure at the level needed to make an identification. Understand and learn about the production of these stamps if you want to become proficient. Consider using templates from known stamps. Lastly, rare stamps are just that, rare. Start by assuming that you will always have the most common stamps. (Do not start your ID process assuming that you have the rare ones.)

Raymeyou if you can send a picture to someone you can send a picture to his thread. There is an upload option or you can use a free hosting site like photobucket. Stamps really are a visual thing and as well as you are describing it we can only guess since we can't see the stamp.

The only way you can find out what you have from us is to post a good image.
