I don't think so. It looks like a pair from a miscut booklet pane. It is also slightly misperforated.

Actually this is quite common for these booklet panes, here is a similar piece out of my collection. Think I paid around 10 bucks for it as a curiosity. It does not qualify as an imperf between.

Caper123: These are mis-cut booklet panes, so one would not expect right-angle cuts. Cheers,

I don't understand why being miscut booklet panes would preclude them from having right angle cuts. Being shifted and being off angle are two different things.
