This was advertised as a Type II #20. I'm 99.999% sure I have it plated correctly. Guesses ?

This is 60R4, a Type IIIa, Scott #22.

Agreed. The horizontal flaw under the "U" of "US" makes this a Plate 4 F Relief, and therefore by definition not a #20.

Stallzer, I saw that one, too. Didn't plate it, but figured it was a 6th row, not a 10th row....10th row and I'd've been all over it...
