If you've been paying attention to ebay you might have seen this guy trying to sell postage.

Wasn't there also an article recently in either Linn's or the APS publication about a different postal worker stealing forever stamps and then having someone else list them on ebay for less than face value?

I think it is in the current Mystic catalog--The Chicago forgery in the 1890's. Some people were selling forgeries of the current 2 cent stamp at a discount. For the time it was quite a lot of money involved.
