Hello everyone......

I've been trying to get caught up on the yard work and getting a garden planted......I've reached a point where I'm done.....whether I'm done or not. Every bit of me hurts....I HATE DIGGING !!......but, having fresh veggies right by my back door is well worth the effort.

I have a pile of about 75-80 covers that I will be scanning and posting over the next week or two.......about half US and half "covers from everywhere".

Another item you might be interested to know is that I've sent my pair of 63c's to the Robert Siegel Auction Galleries to be auctioned in the June Rarities auction. I know they will never reach book value because they do have a few minor faults......but whatever they sell at....they are a found pair and basically free money. The anticipation is, to say the least, giving my brain quite a buzz.

The paper study is progressing somewhat slowly but should be ready soon. I'm quite sure some of you folks will be very surprised by what I've found and able to offer for sample kits.

How can anything be so enjoyable in April and so miserable by August?

Each Spring, the first time I cut the grass, I always think, "this is nice; Spring is here." By the time August rolls around, I'm always threatening to pave the yard and paint it green

Thanks for the welcome David & Kirk.....I've missed having contact with everyone here. I'd much rather read and answer stamp questions than dig in the yard.

I know exactly what you mean Tom, and I see us losing a few more as summer approaches. Glad to see you back but I also have had limited time with mowing and yardwork. Most times I just cruise by and read the new posts then back to other summer projects.
