Can anyone please tell me the Scott # for this Postage Due stamp? I was thinking #J44? Thanks in advance!

That is not easy on these stamps. There are three possibilities. No watermark, single watermark or double watermark. If you have a Scott catalog you can see the difference between the two watermarks.
To see a watermark you really need a dark container, like a black ashtray. Also, you need Ronsonol lighter fluid. Either that or real watermark fluid. Just dip the stamp in it for a second and you ought to see a watermark IF there is one.
These stamps can be difficult to identify correctly. If you have a stamp club in your area they might be able to help you out. Hope this helps a bit.
