hello! I have a stamp franklin one cents that iam not shore about I have shecked the bakside no ink and it messures 22 1/2 on the hight so far but iam supisius about the color!but then I saw that it exist a little lighter green scott 596 and the perforation is 11 all ways and I have messur the stamp 3 times and it is 22 1/2 mm but iam not shore enyway!take a look at the stamp!eny ide is welcome!i onysly think that the stamp has stretsh it self I dont knowe!thanks for the help its proubybly no high value but I need someone else to tell me the ides!

Stamp appears to be perf 11 x 10.5. Here is an image of the bottom perf lined up next to side perfs; note how they do not match.
I think your stamp is a #632.
