Probably Scott # 632, first issued 10 June 1927, Rotary Press ... stamp design size 19˝ mm x 22˝ mm ... catalogue value is $0.20 for Very Fine Used. This one is not VF... off center with perfs cutting into design

um--scott# 632, used, two creases, perf is 11x10.5-, 1926-34 year, ah---US stamp, green-
and if it was 'rotary press sheet waste', scott# 596, ($130,000.00) scott cat indicates it should be pre cancelled 'Kansas City MO'-(machine cancel, $110,000.00)I was there last night btw--

Thanks a lot for your answers, btw I just found this on the internet, what do you think about it? US stamps are definitely not my playground and I know very little about them.
