Hi,
Included in an auction I recently won is a mint US $0.10 War savings stamp. I confess its the first one I've seen.

I've got the Scott's USA National album sets and have combed the BOB sections (revenue, documentary, etc.) trying to find its proper place but I'm having no luck.

Obviously, my questions are: Are the War Saving stamps included in the Scott Nationals? And if so, where are they?

Thank you,
Mobilman44

No, they are not included. Here is an earlier discussion: https://goscf.com/t/32804

Thank you - good info.

That said, I'm surprised Scott's doesn't include them with the revenues. After all, they are "kinda/sorta" in the same ballpark.

Whew, thank you for restoring my faith! Apparently, that section did not come with my extended BOB pages.

I'm thinking it's the revenue part II sets that come with the wine stamps, motor vehicle, newspaper, etc...

Well, I'm embarrassed.........
After the previous post I recalled that I only put those sections (of the BOB set) that I had immediate use for in a National binder. The rest were safely tucked away on a shelf. Sure enough, the War Savings pages are there, and I transferred them to the BOB binder. Sorry for the false alarm.............. and thank you!
