Can anyone help me identify this stamp ... maybe I've finally hit the jackpot J/K I'm not that lucky hahaha Thanks for any input in advance

No jackpot. You have a Scott 408 or 481 (depending on having a watermark or not) with Schermack Type III vending and affixing machine perforations. These are listed toward the back of the Scott US Specialized catalog. Value is under a buck.
