The stamp is printed perfectly. It's not under inked. the plate number is outlined.
Anyone know what this is called??

Interesting. Looks like they didn't ink the plate completely.

Hollow plate numbers in a Kelleher auction January 2015. I see Kelleher uses the term "outline plate numbers"

That's my first thought, but the stamp is perfect, so they would have had to ink the whole plate and just miss the numbers. The plate numbers are pretty close to the stamp so you think at least part of the stamp would be under inked. Also the outline is perfect.

It is weird. The "hollow" plate numbers appear to be the result of ink residue from the printing before this one.
