Your stamp has what is called 'setoff' on the back. In other words, flat plate stamps of this era typically have setoff ink on the back under the gum from stacking the sheets after printing. This happened because the ink was still wet when the freshly printed sheet was placed on the stack. It is not an error and does not command additional value.
True 'printed on back' error stamps do not have the image reversed as seen on your example. I have manipulated your image to show the difference below.
