Hi,

Found a Two Cents stamp with additional paper on stamp. Don't know the reason, but it seems to be pasted before printing, because if you look at the "C", there seems to be color disturbance owing to the pasted paper.

Please give your comments.

This is paste up tab where two strip of stamps were joined together to form a coil. Depending on the watermark this stamp is either a 344V or a 384V.

These coils were used in hand held stamp despensers.
