First introduce yourself and your collecting interests in the Introduce Yourself forum.

I will venture too say no. The photo is blurry, small and dark. Do you have a scanner? Or see if your camera has a macro setting.

I will try to scan, this pic has better lighting. The color is more of a brown than a rose.

Shade looks wrong, my guess is Scott 65. What is the paper like? The 104's I've seen have a much richer and bolder brow red color but from scan to monitor no way to be 100% certain.

Siegel's reference census of known used copies of #104 (re-issue) attached. None have pen cancels, which is more the exception than the rule by 1875 and onward. It very unlikely that you have a #104 based on what I can see in your photo. Also, note the re-issues in this census are all well centered.
