I am questioning the uneven straight edges of perf tips, especially the left side, top, and 3 on bottom.



Top left looks "different"

I have seen even low value Columbian reperforated before. That 1c Columbian looks reperforated at top to me too. The 2c I think is fine.

Since the 1c stamp was trimmed from its envelope a little too closely, it is hard to tell if the misshapen perforation holes are "crafted" or natural.

On the 2c stamp, the 4th, 6th, 7th, and 8th perforation holes from the right on the bottom, look misshapen, or maybe done with a craft knife. But, again, it is hard to tell from the photo.

too cheap to bother reperfing - someone just did a horrible job trimming them from the envelope
