The picture is very much out of focus, but what makes you think it is a fake?
And why not leave a link to the ebay lot?

Even blurry you can see it's a fake. Look at the uneven top margin - obviously scissor cut.

The 1c green Franklin is an authentic stamp, not a fake, but it is a Scott 300 with trimmed margin to appear as the scarce coil issue.

omg! I'm always searching for those! The post mark goes accros both stamps--hum--fake--stamp on right is somewhat clean, per se. Oh no! how did the franklin get so stained in appearance? hum--fake--
