Could Use Some Help With Recuts On 1851-57 3 Cent Stamps.

At first pass, I thought this stamp was a #10. It appeared to have, "no inner frame lines".
Now upon closer inspection I think I'm seeing, "one line recut upper right triangle".

I believe I must be wrong about one or both of these observations. There are no #10 plate positions with one line recut upper right triangle.
Sorry I cut off the bottom of the stamp in the first pic. It's not worth fixing for this post.

I don't believe a 1 line recut in the URT variety exists. I don't have my book handy. The bottom frameline is actually important but without seeing it I can still be nearly certain that your stamp is from Plate 8.

So I was correct in that this stamp has no inner lines.
The mark in the top right triangle is not a recut line though.

The real disconcerting thing now, is... I thought this stamp was an orange brown variety.
