I believe it to be design A14 issued around 1881-1890 Paper type is a big issue here there are several different types of paper as well as color, you will need to identify what type of paper your design was stamped on as well as the color. to determine a value and Scott number. The stamp also appears to be upside down in your photo.
Well thanks for the warm welcome. I actually am new at this so right now I am collecting everything I can get my hands on. Came up with a few ideas so far. I am a decedent of the Ukraine. Or a fun topical like maybe nudes or spaceships. So I guess time will tell.
