Please help to indentify.
I do not see this kind of Grill in Identification Guide that I use: http://dubinweb.com/USpostagestamps...eecents.html

How would you name this Grill?
What number of Scott# is it?
How would you evaluate this stamp overall? I am worrying about awful centering...does it make this stamp worthless?
Thank you.

Thank you very much for all your comments and links (really lots to study; I love it!). Please kindly look at one more stamp - is this E Grill? (the points are darker because of the old glue).
Your help is very appreciated!
