Side perforation appears to be 10 or...ideally - 10 1/2

Aurora, it does not appear to be 10 on the sides - the perforations and the black dots on the gauge do not line up very well!

The stamps are puffy and with an original gum that is still sticky...
I am afraid of pressing them...

My new gauge still did not arrive.
These two that I use are very old...
