This page will help you identify the year:

You can also find a lot of good information under the Pop Up Stamp Finder (the first listing under Features) at this site:

The one and three cent are probably pretty common. For the 1 cent, it's scott 206 IIRC, it looks like it has shading in the arabesques.

If all you are going to collect is US I'd get a used copy of a recent Scott"s catalog. That will get you started, but there are other tools any collector needs, perforation gauge, tongs etc..

The stamps, even the 10 cent are common, but there are special printings. Unlikely you have a special printing, but you never know.

The 10c stamp can be definitively identified as the 10c re-engraved of 1882, Scott #209, based on the appearance of its design.

I would need to see a closeup of the one cent to be sure it is a 206 re-engraved of 1881. It's color and overall appearance look earlier to me, but I want to see the engraving better than I do before I say. If it is on soft paper then the only earlier candidate is #182. The cancel fits for both 182 and 206.

The three cent is a 184 (circa 1878-1881) if on soft paper or a 158 (circa 1873-1879) if on hard paper. I'm guessing it is on soft paper.

Just a note, the stamp on the left is Ben Franklin. He was not a President.

Ben Franklin was The First Postmaster General, 1775 for 15 months.

"Benjamin Franklin was one of the Founding Fathers of the United States. A renowned polymath, Franklin was a leading author, printer, political theorist, politician, freemason, postmaster, scientist, inventor, civic activist, statesman, and diplomat. Wikipedia"
