Always loved stamps. All the factors and history. The people who's hands they passed through. Wondrous. I found a treasure trove of stamps a few years back.... Someone's collection who also loved stamps. I surmised that that person passed.. and the collection got put into milk crates in a dark dingy basement for at least thirty years.. If I didn't chance upon them..... lost to time. Care and attention was what the Doctor ordered. Then the research. And the research..dead end.. Some more research.. what the hell is a grill? Watermark..What watermark? Oh...I need a solution. Poisonous? How the hell am I supposed to count perforations? Do I start count with this one or that one? I opened a can o'worms... and I'm lovin it.
Looking forward to picking brains, sharing thoughts and learning.
