I am not very well versed, but just learned about the secret mark inside of the left inner circle. The experts will weigh in. My guess is that it may be a # 18. I most likely am not correct.

Kudos to RLM, he's close :) It is a #20 from either Plate 11 or 12. If the bottom was visible, I could easily say which plate it is from. I think it Plate 12 since most of the top row stamps from Plate 11 have double guide dots at upper right.

Concur with Winston. Top row, Plate 12. 7L12 and 3R12 seem like the most likely candidates.

Depending on the quality of printing the design may appear more or less complete on any given example, and some isolated transfers may be a little "short," but in general Scott #20 is defined to have complete side ornaments.
