Do you know if there is an article on Canadian rotary press stamps in the most recent United States Specialist?

The most important Stickney rotary press printed Canadian stamp appears to be Scott/Unitrade 195d since it is a dry ptinted stamp whereas all other Stickney rotary press stamps were wet printed. This signifies a great improvement for its time as a web-fed dry printed stamp. The catalogues that list it have it wrongly identied as a flat plate printing. For anyone interested in stamp printing, get a copy of the stamp.
