Can you help with Scott numbers for these two stamps?
I also have trouble with colors. I see stamps that don't look like color stated.

vermilion soft, porous paper - Your stamp is Scott #183

carmine-vermilion: hard, white, wove paper; without gum - Your stamp is Scott #180 [rare]

Actually, I can share something as an example (scanned just recently). Very nice, hard and slippery paper.. sitting on the cover sent in 1876. I decided that it is Scott 178.
