Sorry for asking you guys so much about where stamps come from and are probably thinking "kid look it up in scotts". But seriously I have tried to look this one up for the last 2 days. Its really starting to irritate me that I cant find it but Their is absolutley no english clues here at all. Any ideas?

Don't apologise for asking for help. Everybody on this board are at different levels of philately. This is a hobby that, in many cases, is self-taught. It is a hobby that one enters a lifetime of learning; be it stamp identification, watermarks, the history of the usage of some stamps, etc.
And the truth be known, even an experienced philatelist like me can miss the obvious!

Yes Tony,the Chinese characters show they are Chinese revenue stamp,I don't know the details about them,but I will find out the details for you,and me.  As David said,It is a hobby that one enters a lifetime of learning.The questions are key for you enjoy the hobby,just ask,we can get answer and increase our knowledge together. |

Don't worry about asking questions! If I had had that stamp I wouldn't have been able to ID it either. That's one of the great things about hanging out here. There are "experts" to help us. |

Hello Tony,sorry for the information of your Chinese revenue stamp,I have not found out the detail yet.A seller's ask price of above one is CNY 5.00 for mint condition,the seller have not the detail too.I will post new information when I found out.
