In the Scott catalog you can find this under vending and affixing machine perforations. The stamp you show is perforated by the Shermack Company. A very nice copy!

In my opinion it appears to be a 1912 Scott #409 (Type I) Schermack III assuming there is a single line watermark. If there is no watermark then it would be a Scott #482.

The word COPY is tricky.

Some people think "copy" means forgery. In this case, it just means a nice "example" of this stamp.

Of course, the word "specimen" is even more loaded with meaning.
