No guessing. It is a type Va Scott 528. The two "missing" dots on the nose are quite legible in the image. Also, some collectors look for year dates on Washington/Franklin stamps.

The small dot in the 'S' of US (right center of S) is a plate variety of Scott #527 listed by French in the Encyclopedia of Plate Varieties...
