This one has some ink issues.

Not identified the sc.number yet, but the printing (flaw) just caught my eye.

Sitting nicely on a postcard, but strangely enough was not cancelled.



Any additional info for the printing flaw maybe?

I checked the "Encyclopedia of Plate Varieties..." and could find no mention of a horizontal line at the top of the one. The inking issue just to the right of the numeral '1' is not unusual.
