"Bad" Fancy Cancel Anyone Know Anything About This One?

I found this while I was searching through about 200 Sc 741. I found two of them with the "BAD" cancel on two stamps in the exact style. It appears they may have both been on the same cover. The 2nd stamp has a lighter impression.
I did not find the "BAD" cancel in the Skinner 1845-69 Book or the Herman Herst 19th century fancy cancel book.

The attached photo is accurate as how I see the cancel.

It is a standard parcel post oval with an "A" in the center, probably for Station A in some city. The device appears to be in poor shape and some of the slightly higher areas to the left and right of the A are taking ink and giving the illusion of additional letters.
Thus it would not be a fancy cancel by any author's standards.
