No, not a coil stamp. A coil stamp has to be ( generally ) imperforated on two opposite sides. The stamp you show can either be a booklet stamp or a sheet stamp.
The stamp is an unwatermarked perf 11 Scott 504 sheet margin straight edge. No booklet pane version exists. The last flat plate coils issued were perf 10 and watermarked.
