One day I want to own a 220c with centering like this, but top perfs look uneven to me. Reperf?

Let's start with, it's not what I would call "LH".

The original image is not perfectly horizontally straight, it is rotated to the right by 0.03 degrees. Here is the original image rotated to the left by 0.03 degrees and then two identical horizontal lines added for reference.

To my hobbyist, non-expert eye and based solely upon the image…
The top and bottom perfs both appear slightly angled (compared to the stamp design) but they are angled in parallel. Additionally the top/bottom perf alignment looked ok when I did the Srail test.

They do look a bit wanky but I was about to say I think the stamp is ok but then I saw the asking price of this listing. (Also choked on the 'LH'.) Best to wait until someone like Clark offers his opinion on a stamp that pricy!

It's the right side that bothers me. I think that might well be reperforated. The vertical perfs are all directly opposite each other, which should not be.

Aside from having a hinge remnant, the bottom margin is reperforated. The bottom perforations wander slightly in the vertical direction and are not consistently spaced. The side and top perforations are better than the bottom. The left side perforations would have to be examined in person.

Additional reasons exist for rejecting the bottom perforations. The perforations are too short, the holes are too clean, lacking fibers or pressure ridges, and the perforation tips form a straight line. Also, the overall appearance of the perforations is artificial and flat. The perforations have a peculiar look commonly seen when the line of perforations is punched too close to the margin.

To my eye the bottom perforations are ugly.

Interesting. I find judging perfs one of the hardest things to do - unless it is blatant. I think the criticism of the bottom perfs is the strongest argument so far, but maybe the right also? I find reperfing the most fraudulant act. Taking a common stamp and making it look like a scarce one. So annoying. Looks like I better wait for another day.
