Can someone help me where I can find the value of this mint strip?

Checked in the specialized Catlog and couldn't find one for a Strip.

Values are given only for Pairs and JLPs.

Strips of four are cataloged as two pairs.

"Two stamps over" - in either direction actually!
No doubt Peter meant shifted two stamps further to the right to make a line strip of 4, but ....
with the centering of the left pair being better than the right pair, a shift two stamps to the left would likely improve the centering of the strip.
