I've been a member of the APS for five years. The American Philatelist is mailed to me, each month, in a plastic bag. The postal sticker on the bag usually says Canada Post. The magazine is printed in the U.S. and trucked to Windsor, Ontario. Canada Post gets paid for delivering the magazine to me.

This month's issue shows it was posted in SWITZERLAND! How did the magazine get from the U.S. to Switzerland?

David

Harry:

Out of curiosity, what is the total face value of the stamps, for the AP sent to you? Am I correct in assuming you received the August 2009 edition of the AP?

The total came to $3.76 David.
Just realizes it's the members service handbook so mine must be still in the mail.
I'll let you know when it comes how much it was.

Mine comes in a cover-cover, if that makes sense. It's just an extra sheet of heavy duty paper. I assume it's that way everywhere in the U.S.
