Scott's handle's the German & Italian States collectively grouping them together in front of their respective national issues.

So the question is do you prefer to see this method used or list them independently in alphabetical order in the catalogue.

I like them where they are so I can have all of them in the same catalog.

I find it very annoying that stamps issued by Germany as occupying country are not listed under Germany but as part of the various countries. Most collectors have the overprints and stamps from Bohemia-Moravia, Generalgouvernement, etc. etc. as part of their Germany collection, yet in Scott you will have to go through all six volumes to find the relevant info...

The way occupations issues are handle in Scott is another poll topic I plan on presenting.
