Hi Y'all!

Great site here, been enjoying looking around. I have a question about an oddity that I have. I have the "Legends of the West" pane, and the header block is on the bottom. Has anyone seen this before? I'm curious if this was an error done by the USPS, or if someone cut this out of an uncut sheet.

Thanks!

Hello b_twill......

Welcome to the club......you have a mis-cut pane from a sheet.....I don't think there is much if any value above the value of a normal pane.

What do you collect ? Just US or WW ?

Thanks for the quick reply! I really didn't think it would be of much value, I bought it for grins and giggles. Right now I'm only collecting US stamps - I have too many other hobbies to afford broadening the stamp horizon!

And in today's '1984' style world, it may be about the only
thing you can still do your own way and without some form
of 'correctness' or regulatory agency attached!

Beware of any pending legislation proposing that stamp collections
be registered, and/or making the grading of all stamps mandatory.
Of course any such measure will usher in a new bureaucracy, the
Bureau of Philatelic Standards (PBS) to enforce the new rules.
